In a web site I recently created, I included a "feedback"
page, where a visitor could post feedback or enquiry. I'm
an amateur at all this, and don't know how to access the
visitor's feedback so that I can post an answer. Can
anyone explain (in simple language!) how to do this?

Try the FrontPage client/general newsgroup. This visual basic programming
group has been discontinued for quite some time.
